Yeah - you have to make sure all those big fat cats in the city are okay... we have the same issue here with the city of London. Our PM is like some sort of Guardian.. even threatened the break up of Euro cos they wouldn't agree to safeguarding our financial center. But have to say it is probably the right approach.
