Liking the rebirth of Joe here milner.
I presume those are ales and libations in the last stanza. Maybe pubs. My google-fu wasn't that sharp this morning.
Nice.

The surface simplicity forces me to think, Milner, about how Joe's to-do list slows down and enlivens his downward progress, as compared to Josh's. Tom

Hi Milner,
I get a wonderful feel of a dry, gritty, taciturn wit, delivered beetween mouthfulls of beer - probably in a Yorkshire accent!
Very very nice - I can see the whole scene so vividly, smell the beer on soggy bar towels, the card of KP nuts behind the bar - lovely.
Regards,
Roger

Pubs, Rob. Ta.
These two do meet from time to time for a jar or more, Tom, taking some pleasure from their differences.
Right on, Roger.
Yep, Matt.
Thanks to you all.

Thanks, Tom, Peter, Michael. Pity I couldn't keep up with these two these days.
