Just to say that I think I'm going to be as proud of this as any other book, not because of the quality of my work (not for me to judge), but because of the beautiful job Rob has done in presenting it.

Milner people will be blown away. Real world critics - neighbours, the printer and tech - read it and loved it. Not poets or artists but regular folks saying "I didn't know I liked poetry." I tell 'em "well, you like good storytelling!"

A gem this one.

Everyone who likes Milner's stuff, who likes printed books, who likes a good story and a good chuckle NEEDS to get this. $7 in Canada and $8 USA. If you are in the UK, you can get it through PigeonBike or Milner himself. Should ship mid week.

Where else does one place a beer card?

With the 'counter' in the picture, I needed some contrast, and the floor is the best contrast there is.

Concept works great, and the covers a great treat. Both enfold the poems beautifully. And the other poems' proximity enriches the individual pieces. I'm guessing that they're well sequenced.

I can't wait til I get the money.  There are som many books and so much art I want ot invest in regarding EpicRits and PigeonBike. And the most fun is that I've come to know people I wouldn't have known before.

So when are you going to have a programe for the poor, elderly and needy?  Just kidding of course, but please put me at the top of the list.

rock solid construction rob, and the double sided format reminds me of an old school, DIY split record.  milner the poems are fresh that sting with a smart ass swagger.  john's right, PB put this one at a price everyone can afford so support small presses and snatch your copy today!  lawrence
