Milner, it was absolutely wonderful to put together, and with the base material, couldn't really go wrong. This will be available through PigeonBike in Mid September. i'm fortunate enough to have read the book in manuscript, and have to say that no matter what style Milner chooses write in, he displays complete mastery of the form.  these are spare, terse, wonderfully rendered poems that pull no punches and leave you only wanting more.
