We've converted PigeonBike to a PAGE only. No more personal profile, messaging, etc. Just passing it along. If there is anyone you know that would enjoy PigeonBike, fell free to send them to www.PigeonBike.com or to www.facebook.com/pigeonbike

Those top three poems all excellent, I think, Rob. (First one double titled). Tom

Thanks Tom. Double title because I can't make the 'Big' title RED and it's part of her poem.

It's cool that those three represent Canada (mine!) USA and France (the topmost one).

Thoroughly enjoyed "Bar, 1999". You'll be happy to know, Rob, that when I searched for Wright poem, the top two were you, THEN the New Yorker!
I eventually found and read Wright's poem, and also read what Wright wrote about the poem - partly a formal exercise - and appreciate how Stangeland responded formally to it, as well as in subject matter. Tom

The new "Tumbleweed" poem a very interesting one! I notice how the title not only serves doubly as the first word but also how well it haunts the later lines of the poem. Tom

I love Pigeonbike because RL doesn't mind giving us a glimps of the futher.  In this poem, I had problems with the following lines:

Now

twigs the antlers of power lines
peels the last held leaves
and swerves

Any help appreciated, but you're also appreciated if you don't help.

Thanks T I liked the mystery C alludes to. It's a hard read at end and I think opens up interpretation.

In addition to just how plain cool the graphics are with the text, using one more factor in the layout - color - creates many more possibllities of "line breaks", which Lawrence exploits wonderfully.
