  coffee
« on: March 05, 2010, 08:36:27 PM » by Scott Douglas
spilt coffee, at first a buoying of the cup
followed by distancing of the body from the source,
flapping of hands, glances at clothing, searchings for blame.

some like it hot, the container demands full attention
of a sophisticated spiritual being.

it, carried, is a scientist to a uranium rod,
or what the military took from Roswell.

something is in the cup,
it shouldn't be in the cup,
the steam is from a different dimension.

scott, i enjoyed this! L3 pretty much sums up contemporary life. wonder if "of" could be "like" or something like that in L5. to me it comes out like that anyway. tom

thank you gentlemen.

Tom, the sophisticated spiritual being is the person holding the cup.
Silent, is there a place where I can post a reading?
