My name is Anita, and I've been writing all of my life.  I write every day, because I cannot imagine NOT writing every day.  Poetry, essays, a couple of plays..have had some small success. I'm happy to be here, and looking forward to getting acquainted, and reading some good poems.  They're hard to find these days. :)

Well, Hello, Marsha.  It's lovely to "meet" you.  It's wonderful that you feel inspired...I can't claim any such luck...I write every day, inspired or not, right in the big messy middle of my life.  Some of it is good (none is GREAT though), some is bad, and some of it is so ugly even I am embarrassed to admit I wrote it ;D  I have to admit, I squirrel even the worst of it away, though...you never know when one of those phrases from a really bad poem might make another poem "just right".  Anita

It is nice to meet you keyboard to keyboard . . . LOL!  Hey, we are all different in this world.  If we were all the same, it would be a BORING world.  We all choose our own destiny and if we are happy with our choices, then so be it.  I do give glory to God for all I am because I would not be here without Him.  He has been good to me.  I don't push my beliefs on anyone else though.  I just believe in giving credit where it is due.  I hope you have a good day and I hope we "talk" again soon.  You keep on writing and I pray you have much success.
