Completely magnificent, Mike.
I'll take a gross C.O.D.
The period in the title seems weird, bad to me.

Not exactly "concrete" but I'll take it. I thought it was a cute idea. Was there supposed to be an asterisk somewhere on the text of the piece being referred to as "partially reconstituted?"

Thanks all.
Hopefully a small edit will kill two birds with one stone.

Thar you go!
Mike, I am definitely going to put this in Picks but let's see if we can stir up a little more comment on this board first. I appreciate how different this form and style are, a real breath of fresh air, but the entire conception and execution is superb and the poem shines brighter than your yellow.

Anything that expands the province of poetry beyond the emotion laden lyric is all right in my book, uh kindle.

Dear Mike
I truly believe the imagery would work well
for the cover of the anthology and bring the entire
selection of poems into and then beyond todays actuarial world.
My only suggestion{ if the Editors go along with this idea }
is that you add a © symbol next to your initials.

Very original.
I've seen some experimental poetry thats been done with the help of computers (photoshop and the like). I think it goes well with the genre and makes a statement about our generation.
Wonderful poem. Great job and a great pick.

Not only does this poem's form “wonderfully expand the horizons of the Poetry Circle” and "make a statement about our generation,” as other members note, its subject – advertising -- is probably the most powerful cultural force in our contemporary world, shaping the way we respond to everything, including love, including poetry. Mike's great tagline -- DAY IN, DAY OUT THE INK SINGS DELIGHT! -- has its finger on exactly that pulse.
There are 9 other poems by 9 other magnificent writers that I am sickened not to be able to put on our Front Page this week -- but I know that this one will just come out and kick my butt if I don't. Enjoy, Tom
