  He said there's nothing
« on: June 07, 2006, 04:48:15 PM » by milner place
concentrates the mind
like a health inspector.

I said wolves.

He said what wolves.

Wolves I said concentrate
the mind wonderfully,
it’s something in the howl.

He said gibberish.

No, wolves.

Gladys, he called
the length of the bar,
don’t serve this one
any more.

What treasures I've missed. Thanks for dragging this one up to shore Nora.
It's great!

There's something familiar in the way you write, Milner. It's really calm and comforting. Makes me want to cuddle up with my cats and drink hot tea. :)

Thanks, Betty, but not all of them, I hope. I also try to write 'other' stuff.

Betty, You might have a look at Dark Wings (page 3, Front Page Archive). I'd be very interested to know what you think.

Absolutely love this, Milner. I envision a pub much like the one in "An American Werewolf in London" for some reason.

Gina, if you do nothing else, read all of Milner's work.
