This week, I intentionally skipped re-reading many of my favorite poets here on the site with a goal in mind of finding the less often exposed writers and their work.

Rather melancholic and sad poem. You describe the scene vividly. I like the connection of the artist missing a bottom tooth and in the last line the cavity in the heart of the city. Very clever.
